BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you use your own OpenAI/Claude API keys - you pay them directly. Pro uses our managed keys so you don't need to set up anything. Pro also includes more credits and priority support.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Monthly plan credits reset each month. However, credits purchased separately (credit packs) never expire and can be used anytime.
