Thinqmesh Technologies ("we", "our", "us") operates the BrowEsp browser extension and website (browesp.thinqmesh.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name (optional)
  • Profile picture (if using Google OAuth)

2.2 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service:

  • Feature usage frequency
  • Error reports (without personal data)
  • Subscription status

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect:

  • Your browsing history
  • Data you scrape from websites
  • Passwords or login credentials (except for our own service)

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Improve our product based on usage patterns

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase (our database provider) with encryption at rest. Payment information is processed by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

The extension stores data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This includes your preferences, saved workflows, and authentication tokens. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly sync it.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database
  • Razorpay: Payment processing
  • Vercel: Website hosting
  • OpenAI/Anthropic: AI processing (for AI Mode only)

When you use AI Mode, your commands are sent to AI providers (OpenAI or Anthropic) for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. Commands do not include personal data or browsing history.

6. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

If you use the BYOK option, your API keys are stored only in your browser's local storage or in a local file on your computer. We never receive, store, or have access to your API keys.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

8. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
