1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using BrowEsp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BrowEsp is a browser extension that provides browser automation capabilities including:

  • Manual action recording and playback
  • AI-powered natural language automation
  • Web scraping tools
  • Webhook integrations
  • Platform-specific handlers

3. User Accounts

Some features require a user account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BrowEsp to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Violate the terms of service of any website
  • Harvest personal information without consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Attack, hack, or disrupt any systems
  • Create fake accounts on any platform
  • Scrape data for competitive intelligence in violation of platform terms
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures

5. Platform Terms

When using BrowEsp with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), you must also comply with those platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from violations of third-party terms.

Using automation tools may violate some platforms' terms. Use at your own risk and responsibility. We recommend using conservative rate limits and respecting platform guidelines.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

7. AI Credits

AI credits are consumed when using AI Mode features. Credits:

  • Monthly credits reset at each billing cycle
  • Purchased credit packs do not expire
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Unused monthly credits do not roll over

8. Intellectual Property

BrowEsp, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Thinqmesh Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Automation will work on all websites
  • Your use will not violate third-party terms
  • Results from AI features will be accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINQMESH TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Account suspensions on third-party platforms
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thinqmesh Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account data after 30 days
  • Prepaid fees are non-refundable

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City], India.
